Meet Marissa, our Lead Coordinator with an eye for design. Weddings are her life's passion with almost 15 years in the wedding industry. From floral design, catering, and even wedding cakes, her vast experience provides an expertise in many areas. She uses her vast experience combined with her attention to detail to transform your wedding dreams into reality. For her, there is nothing more rewarding than coordinating a wedding and seeing the joy on the couples face as they create beautiful memories with the ones they love most. 

Beyond work, Marissa enjoys creating memories with her loved ones, whether that be at the beach, trying a new restaurant, or simply enjoying a coffee.

 Meet Bekah, our Day-of-Coordinator. She is dedicated to making your special day flawless. With a sharp eye for detail and a knack for organization, she ensures that everything runs smoothly so you can focus on enjoying every moment.    Kailey is a seasoned wedding coordinator with years of experience bringing couples' dream weddings to life. Her deep passion for the wedding industry is evident in every event she runs. Kailey’s favorite part of her job is witnessing the pure joy and love as two people celebrate their special day. She thrives on turning dreams into reality and creating unforgettable experiences for each couple she works with.

Georgia has been coordinating weddings and events for the last ten years and loves the challenge of building your vision from start to finish. Outside of work, she enjoys puzzles, building things, and sports. She loves animals, but especially spending time with her German Shepherd and cats.

 Meet Katie, our vibrant Lead Coordinator and skilled bartender! With a passion for fashion and design, she brings creativity and flair to every event. Beyond crafting unforgettable moments, Katie enjoys the thrill of snowboarding, immersing herself in captivating books, and cherishing quality time with friends and family. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her an integral part of making your special day truly wonderful. 

I love weddings and I love love! I married my wife in 2022 and we had so much fun planning our own wedding, I would do the whole thing over and over again! Thankfully, I met Merrie after assisting with multiple family weddings and now I get the chance to pay it forward and help make sure other couples have the same magical experience like I did during my wedding. I want to take part in making sure everyone's dreams come true! 

During my free time, you can find me relaxing at home with my wife and 2 cats, Bandit and Cardamom. You are also likely to find my wife and I at any local night markets; we're big foodies! 

 Growing up, I’ve always loved weddings. The gorgeous ambience, the music and every little detail catered to each couple to make their day so special is something I really enjoy. There is something so magical about seeing dreams come to life. This is why I chose to be apart of the wedding industry.
In my free time, you can find me outside looking for a new adventure. I love being out in the sun, out on the water and hiking. I’m always up for something new and adventurous!  

Olga is passionate about and committed to helping people. She is a connector who loves to bring people together. In and out of her professional life, she is always finding herself in the middle of planning fun and memorable events for the people around her. That's why professional event planning is right up her alley. She has leveraged her experience working with different planners into creating a coordination style that is unique. She specializes in personalizing diverse events for each client and handling stressful event situations with grace. 

Olga takes greatest satisfaction in seeing everyone happy and is always grateful for the opportunity to make this happen.

Olga loves trying new restaurants, hiking, live music, the beach and children events. In her free time, you can find her perusing art museums, being outdoors with her daughter and volunteering in the community. Her longtime dream is to make every bride feel like a princess on her special day.
